How do I add funds?
Open Deposit, choose a cryptocurrency, send the amount to the address shown, then submit the transaction ID together with a screenshot of your payment. Your balance is credited once the deposit has been reviewed and approved.
How do withdrawals work?
Choose a cryptocurrency, enter the amount and your wallet address, and submit the request. The minimum is $50 and a $5 network fee applies. Requests are reviewed and processing takes 1-24 hours.
Can I choose which notifications I get?
Yes. In Settings, open Notification Settings to turn deposit, withdrawal and support ticket updates on or off. Account and security notices, such as a password change, are always sent.
What if I forget my password?
Use Forgot password on the login page. We email you a 6-digit code that expires after 15 minutes. Enter it with your new password to get back in.
How do I contact support?
Open a ticket from the Help Center. You can follow its status and read our replies from your dashboard, and you get a notification as soon as we respond.
Is my account secure?
Passwords are stored hashed, sign-in sessions use secure cookies, and you can change your password at any time in Settings.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, the website works in any mobile browser. The dedicated iOS and Android app is coming soon.
